Our products are made in small batches to ensure the highest level of quality and amazing ness! To guarantee you are getting the soap thats right for you please make sure you read the ingredient list before you purchase to avoid any possible reactions ect once used.  Please keep note that not all bars will be the exact same because of them being Hand Made,

 

When making a purchase from Wifeys Soaps, as part of the buying and selling process we will collect the information you have given to us such as your name, postal address and email address. All personal information will NEVER be used for anything other than your order or your emailing subscription as per the consumer guarantees act. All our transactions are through a third party processor and are in safe hands.

Processing Times

Processing times may vary but are generally between 1-2 days for standard orders and
5 business days for BULK orders

 

Privacy & Safety & Returns
 

Please make sure to read about the product you are buying before adding it to your cart. Refunds will only be completed if your product was damaged in transit. We do not refund for purchasing the wrong item, however we will swap your current item for what you want once we receive your return. If you are unsure about what product will suit you, then please contact us prior to making your purchase. We would love to help and are available between 7am and 11pm Mon - Fri and 9am and 5pm Sat - Sun although we will answer emails when we can outside these times,

Wifeys Soaps will not be held liable with any purchases. It is up too the customer to ensure they have read the ingredients used prior to buying. All ingredients will be listed in the 'ingredients" section of the product. Although all of our ingredients have been approved by the FDA at na and Auz standards we strongly urge our customers to test each product on a small portion of skin before usage. Do not use our products for medical use under any circumstance without talking to your health professional.
